Grievance Officer

As required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, the Information Technology Rules 2021, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

How to raise a grievance

The fastest way is in the app: open Profile → Raise a complaint or dispute. You'll get a ticket number (for example GIT-000123) to track and quote. Most issues are resolved by the support team within 3 business days.

If your issue is unresolved, or you want to escalate, contact the Grievance Officer directly using the details below and quote your ticket number.
