How to raise a grievance
The fastest way is in the app: open Profile → Raise a complaint or dispute. You'll get a ticket number (for example GIT-000123) to track and quote. Most issues are resolved by the support team within 3 business days.
If your issue is unresolved, or you want to escalate, contact the Grievance Officer directly using the details below and quote your ticket number.

Data-protection requests (DPDP Act)
For requests about your personal data — access, correction, or erasure (account deletion) — you can use the in-app Delete my account flow, or write to our Data Protection contact at [email protected]. The Grievance Officer above also handles data-protection grievances.
Our timelines
- Acknowledgement — within 48 hours of receiving your grievance.
- Resolution — within 15 days, as required by the IT Rules 2021 (urgent safety and payment issues are prioritised within hours).
- Data-protection requests — actioned within the period prescribed under the DPDP Act.
What to include
- Your registered phone number and the name used at signup
- Your ticket number, if you already raised one in the app
- The order ID, if the issue is about a specific job
- A clear description of the problem and what outcome you're seeking
